By purchasing a ticket for Soul Tribe Festival, you agree to these terms and conditions. All tickets are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly allowed via name change.

2. Entry & Access

• Entry is only granted upon presenting a valid digital ticket
• Tickets may be scanned only once per access zone
• Re-entry is allowed unless stated otherwise
• Festival staff reserves the right to refuse entry in case of misconduct

3. Identification

You may be asked to show a valid ID to verify ticket ownership.

4. Code of Conduct

Soul Tribe is a space of respect, love, and unity.
The following will result in immediate removal without refund:
• Aggressive or disrespectful behavior
• Discrimination or harassment
• Drug dealing or illegal activity
• Non-compliance with staff or security instructions

5. Safety

All visitors must follow safety instructions issued by:
• Festival staff
• Security
• Emergency services
Soul Tribe Festival is not responsible for personal injuries or lost belongings.

6. Photography & Media

By attending Soul Tribe Festival, you consent to:
• Photography
• Video recording
• Use of your image for promotional purposes

7. Program Changes

The lineup and schedule are subject to change.
No refunds will be issued due to changes in programming.

8. Cashless System

All food & drinks can be paid with card. Cash can be exchanged for a Soul Tribe Energy card. Unused balance under €5 will not be refunded and will go to a charity project.

10. Liability

Soul Tribe Festival is not liable for:
• Loss or theft of personal items
• Damage caused by third parties
• Force majeure events
