We do not offer refunds in case of:
• Change of plans
• Weather conditions
• Artist lineup changes
• Force majeure beyond our control
However…
You may transfer your ticket to another soul if you can no longer attend.
In case of full festival cancellation:
A refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 60 days.
